GENERAL FAQ ON MY WEDDING CUSTOMIZING INVITATION GOCCO WORKS:
We are interested in the screen-printed Gocco Custom Wedding invitations. It meets our style and feel.
How does this work?
My works are manually screen printed hand by hand. Although first I have
to get your info (which I will send you a word doc with questions in it
once payment is received) ideas of your wedding theme and then I start designing
it on to a design computer software. I will send you several template designs
to choose from and I will need your final approval before I will start the
real screen-printing process. That is how my business runs.
What kind of designs do you have?
I have many floral and flowers clipart. And there are times that I purchase
a high quality clipart depending what you want on your wedding invitations.
Can I see sample of the images first?
Sorry I do not send images over. I send images and designs of the layout
invitations over once I receive my payment in full. However, I strongly
recommend that you purchase a wedding sample or a stationery set at http://www.fadingflowers.etsy.com
so you can get an idea of the works that I do..
Do you have samples that I can see?
Yes I strongly recommend that you purchase a sample for $6.00, so you can
get an idea of the printing method that I do. Each printing method has different
variations.
Do you customize wedding invitation through oversea?
I have happened to help people who are oversea but I do not ship it out
of the country. If you have a family member who lives in the United States
I will gladly ship it to them instead.
How do you ship the products?
I ship it priority mail with delivery confirmation and with insurance.
Do you do half in English and half in another languages?
Yes I do. I can do in half in English and half in any other languages you
want. But in another language you have to make sure that the wording is
100% correct, because I do not have any control on editing it for you in
a different language. Or you can send me a jpeg image doc with your language
in black in white 100 to 200 dpi
Do you meet your clients in person?
Right now my business work strictly through online. I'm not able to meet
anyone in person due to my busy schedule.
What is your time frame on this project?
Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for me to finish the project.
What is the max of invitation that you can do?
My max of invitation that I can do up to is 200 invite
